I started the business after nearly 9 years of an e-commerce venture selling products inside a niche market. Realising that my product lines and offerings can and could be expanded, offering more products through this shop, creating more value for people. Education with years of experience selling through eBay, Amazon, Etsy and a website, I'm proud to be able to provide an outstanding service. It's fulfilling and as always, I'm happy to help with anything!

My background is in public health, medical supplies, policy, e-commerce and providing value to consumers. Exploring every possible way to put the customer first, building a store from scratch, and supplying a range of interesting products allows the innovation and international business that I enjoy.

 

My family is important, and carrying the torch on behalf of my Grandfather, whom operated a successful general grocery store and a post office in Bendigo, Victoria, from 1950's to the 1990's, it is my honour and genuine responsibility to operate this store to the highest standard. My Nanna taught me to ensure the customer always comes first, I listened and implemented her advice early on in my journey to full effect. For my Uncles, who both operated successful post offices, all equate to a sense of entrepreneurial DNA, that creates passion about the adventurous journey as a shop owner. My Father built a successful business through his farming and a successful career, alongside his passion for technological innovation, and his hard work and dedication to education and principles, inspired me to create this project.

It is a great pride to serve each and every customer, providing outstanding customer service with fantastic products at great prices.
